SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping within the USA and Canada on all orders. We ship UPS and US Parcel Service, Monday - Friday, Pacific daylight/standard time. All orders placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day, all orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. If, you ordered after 2:00 pm on a Friday, your order will not be shipped til Monday (excludes holidays).
RETURN POLICY
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 10 working days, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product(s). It will be your responsibility to pay the return shipping and insurance fees. Before returning any purchase, please contact us via Email at customersupport@finewoodjewelryboxes.com within 10 working days with the word "returns" in the Subject line and submit your request with your name, Email address, and phone number, reason for the return and the method you paid with (Visa, MC, etc.). Do Not send any card or personnel information in your e-mail request, other then what we requested, we will contact you by phone or Email. Do not sent damaged items back to us, if you received your order damaged, you must file your claim with the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped insured. You must return your purchase in the same condition it was sent out and in the same box & packing materials in which you received them. You will receive a no reply Email confirming we received your request, then, we will Email you within 1-3 days the address and instructions for the return of your purchased product(s). We will return your full purchase price less any shipping & insurance fees that was charged to you, we ship free to the USA and Canada and that charge will not be deducted from your purchases.
