Q. What do you charge to ship outside the Continental USA ? 

A. We charge the exact amount of the shipping cost, including insurance, and signature requested, we do not charge a handling fee. You will be able to track your order on line.

Q. What is your return policy ?

Q. What if my order is received broken or damaged ?

A. You would contact the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or whatever carrier your package was shipped with), the carrier that handled your package is whom you should file your claim with. Please do not return broken or damaged items to us, we insure each package with the shipping carrier.

Q. Do you accept special orders ?

A. Yes !  we do accept special orders when time allows us. Contact us at customersupport@finewoodjewelryboxes.com and we will Email  you with a quote within 3 days. Please allow 8-12 weeks, as that, is how long it takes to complete a special order jewelry box.

You can Email us at info@finewoodjewelryboxes.com with your question and we will e-mail you with an answer within 24 hrs. If you don't here from us, please re-submit your question, as things can get lost and usually it does from time to time. Q. How are the boxes made in such unique shapes ?
